What happens when you arrive?

When you arrive at the location, B smart driver will be waiting for you at the drop-off location, our drivers wear a special jacket with a text B smart valet parking, they will complete a valet form with you in 1 min with signature from you and the driver. . Your vehicle will then be taken away by one of our professional drivers for parking in our safe, secure area, where it will remain until we bring it back to you.

Our normal opening times are from 8 a.m. to 23 p.m., 7 days a week. For special events, these opening times can be extended by appointment and costs can be agreed.

During the time of this valet service, your car is insured with B smart valet parking

Auto delivery drop off

- The valet driver returns your vehicle to the same location where it was originally dropped off . If you want to change the return time and / or location, contact B Smart parking 0031618433551 at least 3 hours before your vehicle is returned.

To ensure that the vehicle is returned to the rightful owner, you will be asked the valet driver to provide you with a copy of the valet parking form that you received when your car arrived

Please note that the valet driver will wait at the agreed time and location for a maximum of 10 minutes. When this time has passed, they will return your vehicle to the parking garage and an additional charge of €15,- will have to be paid.
