Dit was de eerste keer dat wij de plek via Mobypark regelden. Emmeline was ontzettend behulpzaam waarin wij voorafgaand al contact hadden over het adres en tijdstip.
Mobypark raad ik echt aan als zeer prettig alternatief. Volgende keer weer. Dank je wel.

Emmeline is very kind and the contact between us and her was really good. I had made a reservation with someone else which got cancelled the day before but Emmeline was able to help me out by replying really quick and accepting my request to use her parking space.
Upon arrival she was there to inform us on everything and give us the key. The parking space is underground which was really nice since the car stayed cool during the warm weekend.
We dropped off the key at her place while she wasn't there and even though I couldn't reach her on her phone - she was in the Metro at the time - she did sent us a message saying she got the keys and wishing us a good trip home.
Would definitely recommend and use this space again!

Emmeline's parking is absolutely perfect - and so is Emmeline's taking care.
Take over and giving back was very caring and in time. Due to the big city, I was a little late, but fortunately it was not a problem for Emmeline.
The parking lot itself is very safe and convenient to park. It is big enough for mid-size cars, like our Volvo V70. The garage is roomy enough and the lot is spacious. There is an electronic badge and a security person.
The location close to Gare de l'Est is also very convenient if you have the accommodation not close by.
Summarizing, it is an absolute recommendation.
