Catastrophique , a ce jour j attend mon remboursement.
Le badge obtenu pour ouvrir le parking ne fonctionnait pas.
Si rien n est fait pour me rembourser je commencerai des démarches plus incisives pour me faire entendre.

Good location, but unfortunately if you arrive aside the working hours of the restaurant nobody can help you. No contact with the owner of this parking and the restaurant has no responsibility in this plan. Also complicated to pick up the keys from the restaurant where is not a easy parking possibility to get in and grab the keys...

I'm really happy by both this particular parking spot (easy to get, close to the city centre) and mobypark idea. I highly reccomed both!

nach 9 stunden autofahrt bin ich den schlüssel an der angegebenen bar abholen gegangen und gleich zur parkingadresse gefahren. die zugangskarte hat allerdings nicht funktioniert. also zurück zur besagten bar. dort wurde ich sehr unfreundlich weggewiesen - es geht sie nichts an und ich soll auf die hinterlegte telefonnummer anrufen. dies habe ich mehrmals versucht - allerdings ohne erfolg. fazit: musste einen anderen parkplatz suchen. absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Fantastic space really put my mind at ease that my car was safe while parked. I did struggle to find the exit after trying to drive out the same ramp as I entered but after a couple of laps of the car park I found the exit. Would use again Thanks

La procedure de retrait de la clé dans un restaurant proche du parking peut étonner mais tout s est bien passė et les instructions sont claires. La place en elle même est bien située et protegée. A 10 minutes a pied de la gare centrale d ou partent tous les tramways permettant de rejoindre son hébergement.

Nous avons été très satisfait de la réservation du parking cependant il est dommage de ne pas avoir pu communiquer auparavant par mail pour certains détails néanmoins nous sommes très content et le recommanderions.
