An sich hat alles funktioniert, aber es war nicht ganz klar welcher Bereich für MobyKunden reserviert ist. Außerdem wäre es eine Erleichterung gewesen, wenn man am Anfang informiert worden wäre, dass man das Reservierungsschild an der Lobby holen soll oder es sich selbst ausdrucken könnte. Das Personal vom Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnte da gut weiterhelfen.

The desk clerk at the Park Inn was very friendly, helpful and spoke wonderful English.
If not flying internationally out of Terminal 1, one can just walk to FRA from here.
Though advert stated taxi would be provided when leaving car for more than 3 days, that is no longer the case. But taxi cost under 20 euro to airport, under 10 euro from airport to hotel.
It's a little confusing around the hotel, due to a lot of construction; also, the spaces are NOT marked for Moby Park, but desk clerk assured us we were parked appropriately.

Zum Terminal 2 benötigt man ein Taxi für ca. 7,50€ oder man geht 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Zug wären die Fußwege insgesamt noch weiter.
Parkplätze sind nicht markiert. Man kann aber jeden beliebigen benutzen, der nicht als Privat markiert ist. Eine Ladestation ist leider auch nicht vorhanden, obwohl angegeben.
Ansonsten ist das Hotel Ansprechpartner bei dem man auch ein Ausfahrtsticket erhält.

We spent one night in Park Inn Radisson hotel and left the car at moby park for a long term, which is managed by the same hotel. People working at the hotel reception were very helpful. The parking was very convenient for the price and the location close to the airport.

The registration procedure at the hotel is a little bit old fashion, as there is no automatic car registration ID confirmation on parking entry. Also, Mobypark's spaces are not clearly marked, which generates unnecessary confusion. I would give a five star review if aforementioned issues were resolved. Thank you!

der Parkplatz befindet sich wie angegeben im 2. TG. Über einen Shuttle Service wusste niemand bescheid. Vor der Tür fährt ein Linienbus zum Terminal 1, Den Chip für den angeblich kostenlosen Shuttle-Dienst musste ich an der Rezeption mit 4 Euro bezahlen, dieser wurde aber nicht vom Busfahrer akzeptiert. Hier gibt es also noch Klärungsbedarf in der Organisation.

Thought that you can take the car out whenever I want. But that's not the case, so I had to call everytime a taxi, which was way to expensive.

Es la segunda vez que dejo el coche en dicho establecimiento y como siempre todo bien, relacion calidad/precio correcto.
Media hora es mucho para esperar la navette, sobre todo cuando vuelves de un viaje largo, cada 15' estaria bien sobre todo en horas punta.

Bei Ankunft im Hotel lag der Rezeption die Buchung nicht vor, obwohl wir eine Bestätigungsmail von Mobybpark erhalten hatten und auch die Parkgebühr bereits bezahlt war. Dank der freundlichen Dame an der Rezeption, die uns unbürokratisch einfach einen Parkplatz zuwies und uns eine Parkkarte und den Transferchip an die Hand gab, klappte das parken reibungslos. Auch bei der Rückkehr klappte alles ohne Probleme. >>> Die Kommunikation zwischen Parkgesellschaft und Hotel ist m. E. verbesserungswürdig. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne

Goed en goedkoop alternatief, duidelijke instructies en goede shuttleverbinding. Vlakbij vliegveld.

Alles prima geregeld en veel goedkoper dan bij het vliegveld.Hotel is vlakbij (5min) het vliegveld en met de pendelbus die inclusief is rijdt constant. De parkeerplaats is ook overdekt en bewaakt. Absoluut een aanrader.

Très simple. la voiture à l'abri dans un parking fermé. Les navettes présentes rapidement à l'aller et au retour (même à 22H30).
