Customer Success and Account Management Intern at Sharing Economy and Proptech startup Mobypark

Mobypark is on a mission to make cities more liveable by unlocking unused private parking spots. As a Customer Success and Account Management Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our partners (real estate companies, hotels, and private owners) are happy, supported, and successful in generating extra revenue from their unused parking spaces.


You’ll be the go-to person for onboarding new partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing ones, and helping them get the most out of the Mobypark platform.


You'll work together with a growth hacker/marketeer, and will be working closely with the CEO.


Your workspace will be on the top floor of a bright, modern and inspiring office in the very centre of Amsterdam, right next to Central Station, with all amenities such as coffee and snacks included. What you’ll be doing:

  • Support new and existing partners with onboarding and account setup
  • Communicate directly with clients (hotels, companies, private owners) to ensure their success on the platform
  • Help manage and improve partner satisfaction, ensuring high occupancy and performance
  • Identify opportunities to optimise listings, pricing, and performance
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve the customer journey
  • Assist with CRM and account management tasks, helping ensure no partner is left behind
  • Occasionally support business development efforts if you're up for it!


What we are looking for:

  • You are enthusiastic, people-oriented, and have a hands-on mentality
  • You are currently studying or recently graduated (Bachelor's or Master’s), ideally in business, hospitality, marketing, communication, or related fields
  • You speak and write fluent English; Dutch or German is a big plus!
  • You're proactive, organised, and not afraid to take initiative
  • You are interested in startups, sustainability, the sharing economy, or proptech
  • You're a great communicator and enjoy solving problems
  • You’re tech-savvy and learn digital tools quickly (e.g. CRM, email, Google Workspace)
