Rent out my private and secure parking parking space in the centre of Amsterdam

Bij ophalen van de sleutel in de bike shop naast de parking kreeg ik te horen dat de reservatie geannuleerd was. Ik had de bevestiging van reservering en was nooit op de hoogte gebracht van een annulering. De dame van de bike shop was heel onbeleefd en wou totaal niet helpen met het contacteren van Moby Park. Ik heb dus zelf een oplossing (andere, duurdere parking) moeten zoeken.
Mail gestuurd naar Moby Park om probleem te melden. Geen antwoord gekregen!
Een betaalbare parkeerplaats wordt dus een heel duur verhaal!

Pas de problème particulier. Le parking est facile à trouver tout comme le magasin de location de vélo pour récupérer la clé. Attention cependant à la hauteur de la voiture (hauteur d'un renault captur limite) car il s'agit d'un ascenseur voiture.

Günstiger zentraler Parkplatz für geübte Einparker! Wer also ängstlich ist oder Fahranfänger würde ich den Parkplatz Nr. 123 nicht empfehlen.

Great location near the heart of Amsterdam and a decent price!
Good to know:
1. Right after the tunnel turn into the service road to the right of the main road
2. Park about a block before the key pickup area
3. The lady who works at the key pickup area is the one to talk to
4. Once you have the fob, know that the door will close automatically once you have gone through it
5. The parking space is on the lower part of a split-lift space - height of your car is extremely important. (May have to move your antenna)
6. The key that operates the lift should be inserted into the box on the left side
7. There is no key to get out through the stairs, just go through the main car door
8. There are no open bathrooms at the pickup or the garage. The Holiday Inn a bit down the road was kind enough to let us use theirs.

Would definitely rent this spot again!

Ps. We did have an issue with our confirmation but found out that it was Moby who had the glitch and got it about an hour after our booking entrance time request. We did phone Moby and got decent customer service.

Solution très pratique pour se garer à Amsterdam. Communication ok, aucun souci, ni à la récupération des clefs (dans un magasin à côté du parking), ni à la remise des clefs. Parfait, je recommande

Fijne locatie, dicht bij het centrum. Je moet inderdaad oppassen dat je geen hoge auto hebt voor deze parkeerplaats. Het proces is fijn verlopen. Enige negatieve puntje was de servicegerichtheid van de ophaallocatie. Mevrouw achter de balie was niet erg vriendelijk. Verder zeker een aanrader!

Ik ben niet tevreden. Ik kwam erachter dat mijn auto iets te hoog was. (Terwijl ik mijn geen grote auto heb, vw id3.) Omzetten van de reservering werd niet toegestaan. Waardeloze service. Nooit meer moby!!
