Parking in Amsterdam

26-01-2016

Parking in Amsterdam is well known for being a real pain: it is overpriced, almost impossible to find a spot close to where you want to be, and on top of this, full of bicyclists that add additional stress to drivers on their search for a free parking space.

Parking should not be a priority when you plan your vacation with the simple goal to relax and forget about the stress and hectic at home. While it appears that all parking spots are taken, there are many parking spots available which are closed for the general public – behind the gates of companies, hotels and private households. Via the platform of Mobypark people can now access these parking spots. We have created an overview with some car park options available in the popular neighbourhoods of Amsterdam:

Parking Amsterdam Centre:

The parking garages in walking distance to Central Station, Dam Square, Nieuwmarkt, De Wallen / Red light district:

Peter's parking: At a top location in the city center of Amsterdam. Right at the water side for only €16/ day!

Parking Jordaan/Brouwersgracht: At this parking, you can park for a minimum of 3 days for only €75 for those three full days.
