I am renting a parking space in the 2nd basement of a secure building located at 62/64 rue Marx Dormoy next to the Monoprix and accessible at 91 rue Philippe de Girard.
The spaces are 2.10m wide x 4.5m long and can accommodate 3 motorbikes.
The building is accessible by lift with a vigik badge and remote control, there are cameras in all the basements and a guard is present, therefore the charges are a bit high
The price is 35€ 15€ of charges.
