- The 2 keys (electronic and metal) will be hand-delivered to you when you arrive at the entrance of the parking garage (the owner lives next-door). -- Car access through the main garage door is with the electronic key. -- When you pass the main garage door, the parking spot is at the -2 level, and the same electronic key is needed to open a barrier to gain access to the -2 level. -- When returning to pick up your car, you will use the same electronic key to open the external pedestrian access door, and the metal key to open the internal pedestrian basement door. -- When leaving the garage in your car, you will use the electronic key to open the barrier and external garage door. -- The owner will be at the entrance of the parking garage to collect the 2 keys from you (you will need to co-ordinate this collection time with the owner).
