- The key will be hand-delivered to you when you arrive at the entrance of the parking garage (the owner lives next-door). -- Car access through the main garage door is with the electronic key. -- When you pass the main garage door, the parking spot is at the -2 level, and the same electronic key is needed to open a barrier to gain access to the -2 level. -- When returning to pick up your car, you will use the same electronic key to open the external pedestrian access door. -- When leaving the garage with your car, you will use the electronic key to open the barrier and external garage door. -- The owner will be at the entrance of the parking garage to collect the 2 keys from you (you will need to co-ordinate this collection time with the owner).
