Parking Q-Valet Airport - Frankfurt

This valet service offers a convenient parking solution directly at Frankfurt am Main Airport. Q-Valet operates at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, ensuring direct access to departures for travellers using any airline. The service allows you to drive straight to the terminal, where a valet will meet you to collect your car.

The procedure is simple: call Q-Valet 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. A valet will be waiting at the designated meeting point at your terminal. Upon your return, call again after landing. Your car will be returned to the terminal, ready for pickup. Each vehicle is logged with photos upon handover for added transparency and customer assurance.

The parking facility used by Q-Valet is closed, paved, and clearly marked. It is fully fenced and equipped with a camera surveillance system. In addition, a daily inspection is carried out by an external security company. This ensures that all parked vehicles remain fully secured throughout their stay.

• Terminal 2: Exit E9, third lane (location code: 3H2Q+X5V Frankfurt am Main)

Note: Service hours: 06:30 to 23:00. A night surcharge of EUR 50.00 applies for vehicle pick-ups or returns between 23:00 and 06:30. Outside regular service hours, vehicles can only be accepted or returned by prior telephone arrangement. The night surcharge also applies in the event of flight delays or delayed baggage reclaim.
