This parking was no good for us. The height was given as 3 metres which was probably correct. To get to it though, was impossible given the access height was less than 2 metres. André failed to reply to my queries. Avoid!

Cheap and well located parking, however not recommended at all if you have a mid/large (sedane or suv) car. Either you will spend half an hour maneuvering through very narrow paths until reaching your spot, or you will scratch your car multiple times...or both. Trust me, you will regret not paying a bit more somewhere else and be stress/scratch free.
Communication with owner is not the best either.

Everything went as planned. The owner André send us very clear instructions. The parking entrance is narrow and the turns are tight but no problem if you take them carefully.

I wanted to pick up the badge on the agreed date, first 2 codes to get into the house worked, but then the locket with the promised badge to enter was empty! Andre didn't pick up the phone and answered by email only after we had to leave again and already booked another expensive parking, he only repeated in his email that the badge should be there (and it wasn't, I took a picture and two people checked). No money refund, an hour driving around Paris on May 1st (really no fun), very disappointing

Parkeerplaats is prima en niet duur. Maar, je moet een goede chauffeur zijn om je auto schadevrij te kunnen parkeren; Niveau - drie, met zeer smalle doorgangen.

Alles hat bestens geklappt. Die Garage ist allerdings sehr eng, wenn man mit einem großen Wagen (Fprd Grand C-max) .kommt. Der Stellplatz befindet sich in der 3, Tiefebene.
