Terrible experience, the instructions did not match what we were told. The key box seemed to have a technical problem that made it impossible to use the car park. Lady in question would not help and kept repeating that we were using the wrong code. We had to incur additonal costs 150 euros. Do not book here.

Everything went smooth and according to the instructions. Those were a bit awkward, but it worked well. However, you really shouldn’t have a large car, and you need to be a good driver, since the turns in the parking garage were challenging! Good price quality ratio therefore.

Malheureusement impossible de descendre dans le parking (Peugeot 5008) doit être très pratique pour petite voiture mais impossible pour suv… je n’est même pas pu descendre au -2 je suis rester bloquer au -1…

Place suffisamment large mais l accès est étroit à des moments attention au voiture trop longue !

This parking place is really not for SUV or big cars because the turns in the garage are extremely sharp. So book this garage only if you have a small sized car or a car with a very short turning circle. Our Skoda Superb really could not make the turns here. Further the garage is at an excellent location in the 11nth arrondissement.
