Wir waren richtig positiv überrascht. Ein super Parkplatz und sehr sicher dazu. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung klang erst ein wenig komisch, passt aber zu 100%. Also alles top top in Ordnung. ?

From booking and payment to picking up the access card, everything went smoothly. The parking lot is well secured and big enough for today's cars. I would book the offer again at any time.

When we arrived the key was not there and it took some time to get a replacement. The overall practice of key pick up until 17:30 is extremely uncomfortable, so it would be great to be able to get it until 22:00.

Le parking en lui-même très bien. Par contre , la dame pour la remise des clé a été assez désagréable quand il a fallu nous la remettre et nous expliquer la procédure .. cette personne n'est absolument pas sympathique. A par cela, tou s'est bien déroulé, merci

Die Kartenübergabe funktionierte problemlos, allerdings wurde uns gleich gesagt, dass sie nicht funktionieren wird und wir den Service anklingeln müssen. So war es dann auch, was speziell bei der Ausfahrt zu einer längeren Diskussion und nur widerwilligem Öffnen der Schranke führte! Sehr verbesserungsbedürftig!!

Ik was helemaal te vrede ermee Top parkeerplaatsen.
Alleen bepaalde palen alsnog wil scannen pakte het niet ik moest iedere keer drukken naar de bewakers. Voor Volgende jaar wil al graag reserveren al weer.

I picked the card and then went to the garage. The card didn’t work. The man over there told me that somebody is already inside with the same card. Then I had to find a temporary parking spot in order to go to the office, from which I got the key. The lady spoke with some people on the phone, she tried everything to help me. Finally she gave me another key for another garage. Then I made another U turn and found the garage and could park the car. All this costed me so much time. Then The owner of previous parking spot called me and said I should be away till 19 O‘clock, the owner of that parking spot would come and want his spot. She put Pressure on me that I should leave at 19. I paid 5 hours and could park only 3 hours at total. I have booked a parking spot in order to avoid stress to find some place to park. But there were a lot of parking possibilities other than this terrible service. I would never recommend this provider. When they re done with me , she didn’t reply again, although I asked for a refund! Disaster! Stay aWay from this thing, if ur time is precious.

Everything was okay. Picking up the key at the restaurant is quite strange and not so comfortable (it is difficult to stop near the restaurant; the street is small and somehow busy) but in the end I made it. Overall recommende. Price is very good.
