Pour moi c'était une première, pas très évident au départ mais au final bien pratique. Seul petit bémol, aller récupérer le bic qui n'est pas à côté du parking, tout en pouvant garer sa voiture. C'est une gymnastique mais ma voiture n'a pas fini à la fourrière :).
Merci Nicolas, je conserve l'adresse pour une prochaine fois.

Everything went just fine. Key located in Cafe near parking space and directions were clear. cool and secure space. Elevator present if you have heavy suitcase/bags.

Sleutels ophalen via Keycafe vond ik nog niet zo handig, maar uiteindelijk is het gelukt.

Good parking and communication. The app leads you through the whole process, where to get the key etc.

BAD experience!!! In the reservation I added I would arrive at 2300. Nicolas confirmed and then send me a way to pick up the key at a bar wich closed at 2200. The solution, cancel or park on the street for the evening. After parking on the street and asking him several times if the bar was open on 31st (wich he didnt reply to) I drove to the bar to pick up the key the next day. The bar was closed. Nicolas doesn't pick up or reply on WhatsApp. Ending in me not only paying 31 euros for a parking I couldnt use but also me parking on the street (10€) and searching another parking (additional 40€).

Everything worked very well! Getting the key via the app keycafe was very easy and uncomplicated. Nicolas was very kind and took his time for answering any question. The parking space is very narrow which is why I would not recommend this parking space for a big car.

Es funktioniert super, aber die Beschreibung des ablaufes ist nur auf Französisch und Englisch. Wichtig die Code's zum Abholen und zurück geben des Schlüssel vom Schlüssel Box um bedingt notieren, dann geht's auch ohne Internet.

The system with the key worked really well.
Great to have a parking space, although it was one of the smallest spaces I have ever parked in. I had to fold in my mirrors and couldnt get out the normal way because it was blocked by another car and a motorbike. So I climbed out on the passengers side...

La location s'est bien passée, Nicolas est réactif et arrangeant. Le prix est intéressant mais la place est très petite. Sans rabattre les rétros, ma petite Ford Fiesta passe de justesse.

Pick-up service in nearby cafe works good and the rate is more than fair, but the parking lot is really narrow and not suited for family cars. To avoid disappointments, I suggest to include the (maximum) sizes in the description.

This was really easy!
We first got the keys from the security box, which was pretty straightforward. After that, the parking was just around the corner.
Getting into the (underground) parking was also easy. Make sure you pick the correct lane. The left is for getting into the parking, not the right :D
Inside we really had to search for the correct spot. There are numbers on the wall now. We parked 2 floors down, on spot 1319, which matches the photo the best. But, after texting Nicolas, it turned out we should park on 1371. Maybe good to mention that in the add? ;-)
The parking spot itself is quite narrow. My 2007 BMW 335 (E93 model) fitted perfectly without folding the side mirrors. (I cannot fold them).
I had about 2cm on each side of the mirrors. (The dimensions of my car from mirror to mirror are about 198,5cm.)
The parking is on walking distance of gare de l'est, so subway is really close. I would definitely come back here.
