Parking at Tanzbrunnen Köln on event days

Parking at Tanzbrunnen Köln is limited, particularly before concerts and festivals. Legal street spaces around the Rheinpark and Deutz are scarce, so most visitors use the paid event parking arranged near the venue. Check the event instructions and allow extra time before travelling, as nearby car parks can fill.

RTL car park near Tanzbrunnen Köln

The RTL-Parkhaus is diagonally opposite the Tanzbrunnen main entrance and is the principal paid option for many events. Parking costs €10 per car per entry, rather than an hourly rate, and the car park usually opens around two hours before the event starts. Entry remains subject to capacity.

Accessible parking spaces are available in the RTL-Parkhaus. Showing a valid disability parking permit can make entry free under the event parking arrangements. Follow the temporary signs on arrival, as access arrangements may change for individual events.

Messe car parks P1 and P3 for larger events

For larger events, Messe car parks P1 and P3 may also be opened for Tanzbrunnen visitors. The event rate is €5 per entry when these areas are in use. Opening times are event-specific, spaces are not guaranteed, and motorhomes are not permitted.

Where a signed, managed street space is available in the Innenstadt/Deutz area, short-stay parking costs €5 per hour from 1 February 2026. Parking machines and road signs determine the payment period for the individual street, so check both before leaving the vehicle.
