Individual parking space, in the basement of a residential building, Isolated (pillars on the sides so no risk of scratches by the neighbor).

Access through Deguinguand street in Levallois Perret.

The parking space is very well connected to public transportation:The transilien station Clichy Levallois is just 2 minutes walk, to access the center of Paris ( Paris Saint Lazare) in 2 stations (5 minutes) - also several direct bus stations to Paris center just at the foot of the building.

IMPORTANT:

1- This space is located outside from the environmental area (restriction of circulation (Crit'Air) in Paris), so all vehicles can access it.

2- In case you need to keep the key of the parking during your sta, PLEASE INFORM US WHEN YOU BOOK THE PARKING. 60 euros deposit will be requested in cash when checking in. The deposit will be returned at the end of the reservation except loss or damage of the beep. Please prepare the exact amount for check in.

Possibility to obtain a badge (key card) for 24/7 access, upon request. Please specify during the reservation.Handing over of badge (cash deposit:60 euros, refunded at the end of the reservation) by appointment upon arrival and departure.
