On arrival, take a ticket at the barrier to enter the garage. Have the ticket validated at the hotel reception, which sits directly above the garage and is staffed 24 hours a day. You can do this at any moment during your stay, not just before you drive out. Use the same ticket at the exit barrier to leave.

A paid shuttle connects the hotel with Zurich Airport in about 10 minutes. It costs CHF 10 per person and includes the return trip.

Departures from the hotel run daily between 4:30 and 21:00. Departures from arrival area 2 at the airport run daily between 6:50 and 23:20. There is no service between 9:30 and 11:00 or between 17:30 and 19:00.
