Roel's parking

The parking space is located in the Transvaal neighborhood in East Amsterdam, with Amsterdam Muiderpoort station just a short 10-minute walk away and Amsterdam Amstel station about 20 minutes away on foot. Nearby (less than a 5-minute walk) is the Oostpoort shopping area, which includes various shops and supermarkets. The Linnaeusstraat and Oosterpark are also in the vicinity, offering various pleasant dining options and terraces.

The parking space itself is part of a newly built apartment complex in 2014 and is secured with an electronic door. It belongs to the property located at Tugelaweg, but the entrance to the parking space is on Laing's Nekstraat.

The access to the parking space can be opened using an electronic key, which I can personally hand over.
