How can I arrange a key pick up for my parking?
In case your parking is available for rent, but you are not in the place to give the key/card to the driver, you can always arrange a key pick-up point by yourself with a commercial establishment close by you.
We recommend the key pick-up point be within walking distance of your parking spot and that you personally arrange with them. We also ask you to update your parking access description to include the address and opening/closing hours of the pick-up point, so drivers know in advance about the pick-up location and during what hours they must arrive and leave to pick up and drop off the keys.
Remember that the upcoming bookings are still managed by you, meaning you must accept or refuse them by yourself within 24 hours of the booking request.
