How can I cancel an accepted reservation?
Are you an individual?
You can only cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the start of the booking.
To cancel a booking, begin by logging in to your dashboard. Under the bookings tab, you can view your upcoming bookings. Find the booking you want to cancel and select the option to cancel. The refund to the driver will be processed automatically.
If you want to remove certain dates or timeslots from your booking availability, please see here.
